Understand that artworks are not just born into existence. They are created by the human hand.

I was born and raised in the territory of Gespe’ gewa’gi and I am part of the community named Gesgapegiag. While living in this area I have experienced many different things that have molded me and my artwork.
Dark Subject matter that plagues my community has always been present in my work and I do not stray away from displaying them to the public. Sexual deviancy, drug abuse, violence, death, and isolation are interwoven into my work. Each sculpture that I create takes these unique elements and molds them into a physical manifestation. Taking a morbid action and creating them into tangible forms is what I am passionate about and my goals for making these works is not only for awareness but to present something that shows raw emotion and strength through process.
